Nathalie is an inspirational yoga teacher trainer, she helps you to grow into the teacher that honours your own light. There are no cardboard cut out yoga teachers at this school! Just completed the Yoga for Stress CPD workshop. Insightful, clear teaching covering all the bases possible in five hours – physical, scientific and spiritual (without being ‘wafty’). The areas were well explored, contextualised and linked cohesively. And, the day was clearly just a portion of Nathalie’s extensive body of knowledge on the topics. Came away feeling refreshed and with ideas for self-practice and classes. Highly recommended.
Nathalie is a very knowledgable and experienced teacher with a holistic approach to yoga, drawing upon several Eastern thought-schools in her unique teaching. I thoroughly enjoyed her well-prepared workshop and learned a lot. Highly recommended.

Nathalie’s classes (yoga and pilates) are the best ones around. She strikes the perfect balance between challenging moves and mind-body connection. I always leave her class feeling light, positive and i have noticed improvements on my flexibility and core strength. 🙂

Nathalie Dubreu is a brilliant and inspirational instructor and I always look forward to her classes at Fitness First in London Bridge. If you are a beginner, you shoudn’t worry as she always presents different variations depending on the level of experience. I highly recommend Nathalie and think she is a fantastic role model. Fitness First is lucky to have her!
I had the great pleasure of following Nathalie’s, from Fluid Body, guidance as she lead me and fellow friends through her yoga classes during an amazing event. Her energy and attention to detail was above and beyond any yoga class I have ever taken. She really embraces the concept of ‘East meets West’ through her practices and energy work. Not only does she spiritually ground you, but her knowledge of the human anatomy, explaining why we should do the things we do in yoga and energy work, help visualization even further. I felt reborn and energized every day after a session with Nathalie. I am looking forward to more yoga and meditation classes with Nathalie at Fluid Body and am so grateful that she spreads her love and energy to others. She makes the world a better place.
I met Nathalie a number of years ago and came to her with one main goal – to be more like her!!! I was at that point competing in Muay Thai and had trained and fought professionally in Bangkok before moving to London. I knew something was missing and was juggling training with full time work and I saw the answer in Nathlie.
She taught me to be more balanced (mentally and physically!), coached me on nutrition, developed my flexibility and educated me on the wider disciplines she incorporates into her programmes and classes. I could not rate her highly enough and I will always be indebted to her not just for her training and healing but also her kindness and dedication to each person.
