When science meets spirituality
Our training incorporates the wisdom of yoga philosophy, the magic of mythology, the anatomy of the poses, the relationship between our physiology with the subtle energetic bodies and the healing modalities of millenary Daoist practices as part of our Yin training. our training incorporates classical yoga, creative mandala Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga full of the luminous philosophical and historical beauty of the sacred texts. Our diploma is recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK and you will be able to teach worldwide.
Mystical mandala vinyasa yoga is a wellness, energy re-balancing practice integrating Indian traditions, Chinese wisdom, and new sciences. Following the breath, flowing like water, the waves of asanas nourish, energise and deeply calm the mind, body, and soul.
Our vinyasa yoga avoids the overuse of our joints and tissues with fewer repetitions, giving emphasise on creative planning. On the mat, we learn to reverse the Western approach of mind-master/body-servant for a practice that respects each other individual qualities. Often moving in a circle around the mat (in mandala) with heart-based intelligence, we ignite the story of life creation, cells formations, awakening, regenerating, and empowering our instinctual spiritual self.
We contemplate our breath with mindfulness, feeling the energy flowing in our limbs, blood, fluids, connecting with the life-force energy find in nature. Mythology and philosophy of yoga expand our experience in and out of the mat for a deeper transformation.
Yin yoga, is a deeply meditative, calming and healing practice which promotes relaxation and circulation of energy within the meridians system, targeting the connective tissues of the body. Most postures are usually sitting, prone, or lying.
This training is offering in-depth learning of Traditional Chinese understanding of the meridians systems and it’s application to Yin yoga for therapeutic purpose, encompassing Taoism sacred wisdom and Western new scientific discoveries.
As part of the 200 hours, during our Yin training, we will explore in depth the meridians systems, the theory of the 5 elements, and the spirit of the organs, to understand the energy of each posture.
You will learn specific breathing exercises, Daoist visualisation techniques, to facilitate healing and maintain energetic balance within the three treasures: known as the Jing (reproductive and creative energy in Kidney associated the most with our physical body), the Qi (life-force energy circulating throughout ) and the Shen (spiritual energy residing in the heart). Your Yin classes will become therapeutic, targeting the root cause of illnesses and emotional imbalance.
We are proud to propose such a unique insight into the evolution of the yin yoga practice. Join us soon to be part of this evolution and feel at home.
Overall, our 200 hours foundation course in Vinyasa and Yin yoga aims to develop within your own practice a deep sense of peace, freedom, and joy. All your senses will be stimulated, creating a graceful energetic alignment that awakens and empowers your mind, body, and soul for a transformative life.
